About Andariya

Overview & Responsibility
The Researcher works with the Research Manager & Project Manager to execute the research and analysis component of the project. Part of a collaborative team, s/he is internally focused on the research component, building data, managing data, indexing, organizing, creating databases and reporting as needed. S/he will build institutional knowledge on the thematic area of the project, elevating the stakeholders’ understanding of sub-themes and information areas. The position reports to the Research Manager.
Key Tasks
l Execute research and data mining efforts as needed by the project and assigned by the Research Manager
l Conduct research and data mining with the Research Manager and other team members as needed, providing a detail oriented focus on data quality and consistency
l Participate in project team meetings via calls and organizational initiatives
l Conduct continuous monitoring, reporting and evaluation of data collected, analyzed, organized and stored
l Build a database of data collected across the project’s timeline to serve as a resource for Andariya
l Report on data findings to the Research Manager at the designated intervals
l Other related duties as assigned by the Research Manager
l Provide administration, logistics and specialist support to all research needs of the project
l Comply with Andariya’s policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
l A researcher who has spent the last 2+ years refining their research skills and is confident supporting end to end research projects
l A relevant college degree in business administration, statistics, engineering or social science
l Worked on a range on research projects
l Capable of writing research reports and gathering data to present meaningful summaries and conclusions
l Ready to put on a creative hat, constantly sharing new ideas and finding better ways to support the company’s research interests
l Able to retrieve and assimilate information in diverse fields
l Demonstrable ability to produce consistently high-quality and accurate work
l Strong experience of working independently
l Ability to react positively to constructive feedback
